This gorgeous strapless, ruched dress is fully lined in a white silky fabric and has a white tulle petticoat for extra fullness. The floral pattern is raised (embossed) on the fabric.  It has a center back zipper and is in very good condition.  The labels read:  Scaasi BOUTIQUE, 6, MADE IN USA.
