This signed, framed and numbered offset Lithograph by Rauschenberg is in very nice estate condition. The first of it's kind, this image was specially created for the cover of the fortieth-anniversary issue of Aperture magazine. Because no single image could serve to represent forty years, Aperture Foundation looked to Rauschenberg -- to create a cover that would visually and metaphorically give a sense of Aperture. This beautiful offset lithograph is titled "Horse Silk". Signed and numbered AP 23/25 Edition of 100. c. 1993
